Can you print my logo and brand colours? +
Yes — send us your artwork files (AI, PDF, CDR, or PSD) and Pantone colour codes. We produce a print-proof and mockup sample for your approval.
¿Qué es the MOQ for custom packaging? +
Stand-up pouches: 3,000–5,000 pcs depending on size. Woven bags: 1,000 pcs. Kraft bags: 500 pcs. Bulk jumbo: 10 bags.
How long does custom packaging take? +
Artwork design 5–10 business days. Plate / cylinder production 7–10 days. Los plazos de muestra, diseño, producción, inspección y tránsito se confirman para el alcance aprobado del proyecto.
Can I see a mockup before committing to production? +
Yes — we produce a digital mockup (free) and a physical mockup (paid; refundable against first production order) before any production run.
Do you support compostable packaging? +
Yes — we offer PLA-lined kraft bags and bio-based pouches for eco-positioned products, designed for industrial compostability.
