Six formula factors.
Clump strength
Bentonita 8N+ for premium retail, 5N+ for value-tier, 3N+ for soft plant-based. We tune to your retail tier.
Dust level
From ≤ 0.5% (tofu, cassava) to ≤ 2% (crushed bentonite). We engineer to your safety and retail positioning.
Fragancia
qualified fragrance library or your custom benchmark. Subtle for premium, bolder for mass-market.
Granule size
Color
Functional additives
Bacteriostatic, deodorising, anti-tracking, dust-bonding. Added to your formula on request.

Formula questions.
How do you develop a custom formula? +
Send us your benchmark sample and target positioning. We will analyse the benchmark, propose 2–3 formula variants, develop samples, and iterate based on your feedback. 10–15 days for first samples.
Can you match a competitor's formula? +
Yes — most buyers send us a competitor product and ask us to match or improve. We have a 95%+ match rate on clumping, dust, and fragrance.
Is formula customisation free? +
Standard formula adjustments (fragrance, granule size, colour) are included with OEM orders. Fully custom formulas (new blend ratios, new functional additives) have a development fee that is refundable against your first production order.
Can I keep my formula confidential? +
Yes. We sign NDAs before any custom formula development. Your formula is yours — we do not reuse it for other customers.
