Standard SKU sample
500g–1kg of an existing SKU. Free. dispatch timing confirmed after stock, release, and courier checks.
Fragrance variant sample
1kg with a new fragrance option. Free for buyers within 30 fragrance library. 7-day turnaround.
Granule size variant
1kg with custom granule size. Free. 5-day turnaround.
Custom blend sample
1kg with a new blend ratio (e.g. 70/30 bentonite/tofu). Sample fee applies; refundable against first production order. 10-day turnaround.
Custom packaging mockup
Empty retail pouch or woven bag with your artwork. Free with paid custom blend sample. 7-day turnaround.

Common sample questions.
Are OEM samples free? +
Standard SKU samples, fragrance variants, and granule size variants are free. Custom blend samples have a fee that is fully refundable against your first production order.
How are samples shipped? +
DHL or FedEx, freight collected. We can also arrange CIF shipping on request.
What does a sample shipment include? +
Sample product, COA (Certificate of Analysis), product specification sheet, and our standard quotation template.
Can I send a benchmark sample for you to match? +
Yes. Many buyers send us a competitor product and ask us to develop a matching or improved formula. We will return a comparison sample within 10 days.
What if I do not like the sample? +
We will adjust the formula or fragrance and produce a new sample at no additional cost for up to 2 revisions.
