Submit your product and market requirements
Tell us your target market, retail tier, product type, and any benchmark samples. Most buyers complete this in 15 minutes.

Confirm cat litter type, specification, packaging, and target price
We will recommend SKU options, granule size, fragrance, and packaging format. Indicative pricing after the project brief and required supplier checks are complete.

Develop samples for testing
Standard SKU availability and dispatch timing are confirmed after stock and release checks. Custom sample timing is confirmed after formula, materials, testing, and courier review.

Confirm formula and packaging design
Our in-house design team creates artwork in your brand guidelines. Multi-language packaging and retail-ready labelling supported.

Prepare quotation and production schedule
Detailed quotation PDF including الحد الأدنى للطلب, lead time, payment terms, and shipping options (FOB / CIF / DDP).

Start bulk production after order confirmation

Conduct quality inspection and packaging checks
Batch-level COA. Pre-shipment inspection available on request (third-party SGS / BV at buyer cost).

Routing is typically evaluated through Dalian, Tianjin, Tangshan, or Qingdao. Incoterms and destination service are confirmed per quotation. Documentation support for customs clearance.

How long does the full OEM process take from inquiry to first shipment? +

Can I skip the sample step? +
We strongly recommend samples for OEM projects to avoid surprises in clumping, fragrance, or colour. For urgent needs, you can request a stock SKU sample in 48 hours and start production while running OEM samples in parallel.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the sample? +
We will adjust the formula or fragrance and produce a new sample at no additional cost (up to 2 revisions). After 2 revisions, an additional sample fee may apply.
Can you support L/C payment terms? +
Yes — for established buyers. We can also offer OA terms for buyers with 2+ years of trading history and a credit insurance policy.
How are shipping costs calculated? +
FOB: we deliver to the port, you arrange shipping. CIF: we include ocean freight to your destination port. DDP: we include ocean freight, customs, and delivery to your warehouse.
