How long does it take to get a quote? +
We reply after reviewing the project brief; timing depends on the information supplied and business-day availability. Complex OEM or custom packaging projects may take 1–2 business days.
What information should I include in my quote request? +
Produit type, target market, packaging size, estimated order quantity, and any customisation needs (fragrance, granule size, artwork).
Do you provide DDP shipping quotes? +
Yes. We can quote FOB, CIF, and DDP. Tell us your destination port or country and we will prepare both options.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for quotes? +
Quote requests have no minimum. For trial OEM orders, MOQ starts from 1 ton. Production MOQ is confirmed by product, bulk density, packaging, assigned site, and live quotation.
Can you quote in USD, EUR, or CNY? +
Yes. We quote in USD, EUR, and CNY. For long-term contracts we can lock in a multi-month price.
